"MASTER TECH CAME TO OUR RESCUE TODAY!! We were on our way to Chuck E Cheese when the lights on my dash began to flash on and off. I called Jerry and asked if I could get in on Monday to have this looked at. He said I could bring the car in now if I wanted so he could take a look. I spun around and headed back toward Master Tech when all of the sudden the car shut off completely...on a busy overpass with cars and trucks zooming by. I called Jerry back to say the car just stopped. He asked where I was at and said “I’m on my way”. When he got there he hooked a portable battery up to my battery and my car turned on. He followed me as I drove back to Master Tech. Turns out the positive connector thingy on my battery was just loose. He tighten it up, cleaned off the battery and checked to make sure everything else was okay. I asked Jerry what I owed him and he said nothing. I insisted...he came all the way to get us in bad traffic, he fixed the problem and by then it was after shop hours. He wouldn’t take a penny so I’ll be back on Monday with a gift card. The guys at Master Tech are not only Master Mechanics, they are good, honest, fair and thoughtful people. Please consider them if you need work on your car or just an oil change."
