"i had been doing all of my auto repairs myself. now that i am over 70 years old and have bad knees and a bad back i guess i should trust someone else to do it. I drove around the area and talked to several repair shops. then i thought since i have purchased tires from Lynwood firestone for many years i would talk to tino. just so happens one of my wheel bearings was going bad. so i took it to lynwood firestone and asked for a quote. I talked to tino for awhile and liked his knowlege and professionalism and decided to give him a go at it. they did a great job. They handle all my maintenance and repairs now. "I needed an oil change on my car.. a bit overdue. and it was the Saturday afternoon before New Year's. My daughter also needed one and she lives 25 miles away. The team took car of my daughter's car and then I dropped mine... left it for the weekend, since we were going away and did not need the car. The Lynwood team worked in my oil change by Tuesday afternoon.. otherwise, if I did not drop it, the next appointment would have been a few more days.. and then I would have needed the car. "Been doing business here for 30 years! Could write from now until 2027, but let me just leave two examples for them! First I was there when real old lady came in to get 4 new tires about two years ago. After looking at her tires Frank stated to her “honey I don’t know who and where told you to get 4 new tires but your tires are like new so we’re not going to sell you what you don’t need”!! Second experience I would like to share was a fellow employee friend of mine about 10 years ago checked all around for specific brand tire and size at several places for about two weeks and I said for the 3rd time your wasting a lot of time, you need just call Lynwood Firestone and he finally did to which he said I wish I would have listened to you two weeks ago because Lynwood Firestone gave me them 15.00 cheaper then any other place, he said thank you Ray you saved me over 60.00!
