"The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the one I did not like was the two people making sandwiches talking over the food while making it, Fortunately they do it while making mind but the customer in front of me they talking alot and she noticed it ,and thought about not taking her food, she shared this with me , but I already saw this going on , onther than that it's good place for sandwiches."

"This is our 4th time visiting! We are always greeted with friendly staff and a clean environment. This time around we got to meet the owner Caleb. Very nice and friendly! Stood and talked with us and made sure we were happy with everything! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and great quality food every time we visit! Would definitely recommend them if you are in the area!"

"Went in for lunch today and ordered a Kentucky Bourbon sandwich and some bacon cheese fries. Instead of informing me that they no longer have that one they decided to make me a pepercorn Parm sandwich without saying anything to me about it. (Good thing I'm not allergic to anything that was on it). The fries were soggy cold and soaked in cheese. The bacon was not cooked all the way, and When I realized the sandwich was not only something I didn't order but was dry and had no flavor I called the store. The first time I called and explained they gave me the wrong sandwich ( he didn't give his name ) but informed me they no longer have the Kentucky Bourbon. So I asked why I wasn't told that when I ordered and he told me I didn't order that. ( I know what I ordered I even showed him on my phone.) And hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He told me I was speaking to keelee. And I again explained what happened. Turns out the guy who I first spoke to was the manager. He cut me off and explained that if I didn't like the sandwich that the problem was with my taste buds and not their fault. He proceeded to tell me he would not refund me or give me any type of credit and hung up on me AGAIN. this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Love this place I need radio commercial for kaleb 10 yrs ago! I went in there business was booming order my food it was as I remembered GREAT. Store always clean Bath rooms clean and the staff was outstanding. I just wish the open location in West Indy next to Avon Indiana I drove 55 miles just to enjoy that mouth watering taste again ❤"

"Customer service is always good here. I typically get a reg size Philly with everything that they ask you plus I also add grilled jalapeños and banana peppers (freebies) on it as well. Awesome sandwich, just the right amount of food for me and it’s under $10. kudos to the staff!"
