Papa Johns Pizza

"Delivery can take 3 hours, but they will never tell you that. This store practices approximating 30-45 min, saying the order is "delivered" on their tracker, then actually deliver it whenever they decide to. The manager I spoke to said they do this so they can "cheat the system" and send more orders per driver than Papa Johns allows them to. That's bad business."

"My order was wrong, the food was terrible, and the "manager" refused to do anything to fix it! You're really rolling the dice ordering from this place. Do yourself a favor and go to reed road instead. I had to call them for help and they were really great. I've never had my order be wrong and get told they're not gonna fix it. You should see how they cut the pizza!! The manager said he cut the pizza himself lol!! How is this guy in charge of anything?! If it lets me, I'm gonna post the pics.. this is my first time channeling my inner Karen but I pretty much just got robbed for 60 bucks.. I even gave them a tip! Wish I could get that back now."

"This Papa John's is awful. If you want Papa John's in Kokomo go to the S Reed location instead. Multiple times at this location I've had pizza/cheese sticks either over/under-cooked with HUGE bubbles in the dough, and barely any cheese. Either the people making it are actively screwing stuff up, or they have a messed up oven or something. It's hard to tell from the photo just how messed up these cheese sticks were, but you can still see how the dough was all puffy and weird, the right 4 sticks had no cheese, and the huge weird bubble has no cheese and had a disgusting texture. The pizza was similar, with 2 massive gross dough bubbles."

"The two pizzas we got (one was gluten-free crust) were delicious… well made with plenty of toppings. The service could have been better. I placed our order online three hours in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up my pizzas, and had received a text from Papa John’s a couple of minutes before I got there saying my order was ready for pickup. When I entered the store there were several customers waiting in the lobby, and lots of employees preparing pizzas, folding boxes and apparently looking for things to do to keep busy. But the woman at the cash register seemed confused about what she was doing (maybe she was a new employee?) and was beyond slow. I stood there for ten minutes while my prepaid pizzas sat getting cold. A manager should have noticed the backlog of customers standing around and helped get things moving. I’m hoping it was an isolated happening, and I plan to go there again and give them another chance. Again, the pizzas were really good."

"I order half chicken half beef green peppers and onion at 8:53 pm it was estimated at 31 min arrival time. Not only did the pizza come 1 hour later but it definitely was cold not fresh and im not to sure it was chicken on the pizza. Tried to call but of course got no answer. U can look at the pizza and tell its not hot. I've never seen chicken look like this from there"
