"Apparently there is no such thing as customer service or even human kindness at this Dollar General. If you walk into an OPEN store at 6ish knowing it doesn't close until 9, normally you shop and check out. Not here. Unloading a truck or whatever you were doing was more important than using common decency to cordially speak to a customer who asked are you open and you yelled back angrily NO ! When I tried to call up there since they are listed as open, they hung up on me twice! Never have we ever been treated this way at any of the Dollar General in the area until today. Maybe you were having a moment, a bad day, that is absolutely no reason to be rude and unkind to a patron of your store!"
"Look yall need start being more diligent about taking expired food off your shelves! I cant tell you how many times I've bought something not realizing it was expired after I already left and opened the item. Not cool ive gotten food that was well over a month expired from this location alone. If you're going to sell expired food then you should put up signs or something letting the customer know that you sell expired food."
"Friendly staff and decent selection. The cashier had about 9 customers in line and the manager, who was stocking in the back, did not come up to help her. Other than waiting in line for far too long, everything was fine."
"Of all the DGs in my area I choose this location because of the manager Karen. She always has a smile and stops to talk to me no matter what she's doing. She strives to keep that store clean, stocked and orderly which one doesn't see in other stores in the area."
