"There’s no guard this man at guard shack as you come in you don’t know who to talk to you or any managers around to talk to you. I don’t call you back."
"I had a 6 AM delivery today, and when I arrived the yard driver met me as soon as I pulled in the driveway. He was very helpful, and when I checked in at the receiving office I was immediately given a dock assignment and unloaded very quickly. Maybe it’s because I had an early first thing Monday appointment that I was in and out so quickly, but everything went as smooth as I could have asked for. I definitely appreciate the Yard Driver’s assistance and the courtesy that I was shown at this delivery this morning. Thank you."
"They will keep you here for about 8 hours and no restroom to use. I was told to disconnect and drive about 5 miles to use the restroom. Don't order trucks that you can't or won't accommodate."
