"This is by far the worse experience that i have ever had with a company. Paid for my furniture over a year ago and after several delays, unanswered calls and emails I decided to go back through the commercial company that I ordered it through to cancel. Although I was looking forward to the furniture ordered, I couldn't wait any longer. I opened my business in Apr 21 and still NO OUTDOOR FURNITURE as well no response to emails. There were minimum communication efforts...why? WHAT A SAD OUTCOME."
