"Just pass on this. Was told by broker (TQL) that this was a 24/7 load facility. Got here at 10:22pm and was told to wait across the street. It's currently 7:05am the next day and they started the loading of their own trailers. I asked again about my appointment and was told "when they get it ready I will be called." So, now I sit in the gravel lot that's being filled with employee's cars waiting for something to happen Don't come here. It's a joke and it's dirty"
"Only 2 dock doors, but they do have a staging lot, that you can park overnite"
"If you are owner operator and take care of you trailer and tractor be aware that this place is a pig place! Docks is just one and is on the blind side with a very little space to turn around the other dock is just for the yard dog… if is raining will be mud everywhere … the docks have flooded all the time making impossible for you to remove load locks … if you are loading bunk’s of wherever they will drop that stinking water everywhere inside the trailer so you will have to washout ! Total 185 dollar to clean truck and trailer… make sure that the broker will pay for this!"
"Been here a few times and overall not a bad experience. Appointment time was 5am, checked in, got a door right away, out within 1.5 hours at best. Found the staff to be very friendly, the yard jockey and the fork lift driver both attempted to help me back into the door (not that I needed help) but its fairly tight with only 2 doors."
