"Great selection of mattresses, however the sales rep was not as helpful as I would have expected. Had it been my company he DEFINITELY would not be working for me. He never asked a SINGLE question to us, never told us his name. We have never been mattress shopping before, and when we asked for a printed quote between the two mattresses we liked , he declined to offer a printed copy. Then mumbled under his breath “it would be a complete waste of my time to do that ” while we had our back turned. Luckily my entrepreneur husband did not hear this comment, as I’m sure he would’ve had quite a response. Needless to say, we were the only customers in the store. We will not be back to this location, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the owner put someone in this store that has the slightest clue how to sell and ACTUALLY serve the customers inside of the store."
