"Be cautious of BUDDY IN ALABASTER ALABAMA... they will copy your debit card, and they take it upon themselves to use it without AUTHORIZATION... Jeremy Kelley claims he is the one that took the money out of my checking account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION today... Jeremy Kelley claims he owns part of Buddys, and he said he takes the blame for this action because he didn't want his employees to take the heat... on this day, December 2, 2023... come Monday morning, a call will be made to the Better Business Bureau on this matter.. ive called to speak with the district manager he finally told me her name was Brandy May.. Mr. Kelley claims it was a mistake.. Huge mistake, I say, not HAVING AUTHORIZATION to take money out of an account that isn't your account is called STEALING.. Makes me feel like he or other employees there will take your information and purchase items for themselves... Keep in mind that is stealing when you DO NOT have AUTHORIZATION ITS CALLED THEFT.... PERIOD.... WATCH YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT CLOSELY. THEY WILL USE YOUR DEBIT CARD WITH OUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION AND SAY OH IT WAS A MISTAKE.. IT'S NOT A MISTAKE TO STEAL..."

"Just awful… I spoken with someone a day ago letting them know that chip fell out of my debit card and I’m waiting on the bank to ship me a new one and it will be here within a week, tell me why these people called me the very next day after I had this conversation with someone about the payment mind you everything in my house came from them and is paid off except for a coffee table set that’s way less than $100 a month. I’m getting ready to let them come pick up this set and just purchase elsewhere bcx after I’ve spent 10s of thousands dollars with these people and never had not one issue on late payments til now then they can have their set back. Mind you my accounts just came due 2 days ago. This awful for business"

We recently purchased a new home and even with the pandemic going on, the ownership and staff here worked tirelessly to ensure we received our orders. Not only did we receive them in a timely manner but the staff worked hard to put together and install everything we ordered for our home. They treated our home with so much respect like it was their own. They took with them every box, plastic cover, or piece of paper that came with them. I was so impressed to see them be set up so quickly and professionally. If you are wanting to furnish your home and not worry about the hassle and bothers of walking in a big-box furniture store, then you need to shop here. You won't be greeted but someone fighting with others to make a sale but a warm smile and friendly service. I can ensure you, the ownership takes a lot of pride in what they do and how they do it."
