"Clean store. My only issue was that I felt as if the older gentleman was "watching" me . Was weird. I just gave him a run for his money. He got a workout that day! I spent almost $300 in there. Next time I'll walk out with nothing!"

"I didn’t catch the managers name but the shoes that I liked they didn’t have another pair in my size and there was a scuff on it. The manager she was awesome. I really wish I knew her name. She gave me a discount for them having the scuff on it and she made my night I ended up buying a second pair. Keep up the good work. Customer service is very important. We are the people that come in and spend our money that we work very hard for. So when we come in and get great customer service its awesome. Great customer service is very rare these days again I wish I knew her name. The cashier was also very sweet all in all my experience at the shoe carnival was amazing. Will definitely recommend and be back for more shoes."
"I’ve placed orders from here for pick up and it never goes well. The first time they never processed my order fully and then it was cancelled but I never got the notification. I tried again a few days ago and never received notifications. I kept logging into my account but it only ever said “processing”. I then called the store and they were nice and said my order was ready for a few days. I just wish this company would get more organized. Shoes were good price though."
"The deal I got for a brand new pair of Adidas' was incredible. I'm more for just a black or grey when it comes to shoes but the flashy red of this pair, and for the price of just $50, I didn't hesitate. Shoe Carnival is great when it comes to finding great shoes for an incredible price."
