"We recently closed our account and cancelled our membership back on August 24th. It has taken 2 months to get things cancelled. They originally requested one month for cancelling which is pretty standard. The problem now is that they actually owe us several hundred dollars from our account and they have yet to pay us. We have called and e-mailed several times about this current issue and we have not received any answers. I'm warning anyone thinking about becoming a member here because we have dealt with some really bad money management issues during the five years we were members. This is one of the main reasons we are no longer members. It's a shame that a Country Club treats loyal members this way. I'd love to get my money refunded, but I foresee that we may have to eat it on this deal. I'll make sure to update this review if things change.....Update: I find it sad that it takes a public review to get money refunded but it worked and I have my check in hand. I never did get a reason or answer as to why it took so long. That's just how this establishment has done business with us. My husband just got a short email telling him that the check was available. I'm so glad I no longer have to deal with this place."
