"I wanted to like this place with all the good reviews. However, I had to throw my cortado out. First, he asked how many shots I wanted. That was a bad sign because it means they're holding stale shots back for other customers. Then he had half & half in his hand and asked if I wanted milk instead, which is the correct way. Finally, he served it in a paper cup, which imparts taste. The cortado was very bitter."
"There’s very little about this spot not to love. They’re a small business, privately owned by the man serving your coffee (with a smile!) I love being able to see their grinding machines. The entire place gives off an air of authenticity and friendliness you won’t find at a Starbucks or Dunkin’. It’s obvious that the owner is truly passionate about his business. When you visit his shop, you’re not just a patron. You’re a welcome guest."
"This is a very nice local coffee shop, been there several times and, the moment you enter there you feel you are in the right place to grab a cup of coffee avoiding the nuisance flavors other places have. Also, If you buy coffee to take home you can ask the owner to grind it for you to your preference. The space is well equiped with internet service and seating area where you can have a good conversation...and delicious oven-baked goods. Highly recommended!!"
"First, the coffee. Well-rounded and the nuances of the flavor are present without any additions to the roast. Aromatic blends as well, and their flavored drinks aren't overdone. Convenient seating with both table and barstool options. Clean and comfortable atmosphere for conversation or studying. Their oven-baked sandwiches are delicious, all kinds, and the croissants melt your taste buds. Well done, Sojourn."
