"As I was walking in I noticed how dirty this outside was & thought uh oh... proceeded to go in. It was 10a.m and the inside has not been cleaned. I had to use the ladies room, it was filthy and the commode would not flush. Ordered a coffee and mini bagel bites to go. Took forever to get the bites. After leaving, biting into the bites, they were still ice cold. Not heated at all!"
"I'm so over fast food. My sandwich was a bit burnt not huge deal but the grilled cheese wasn't grilled on both sides, my hash browns were soggy and tasted like something else entirely. And they didn't put the hazelnut in my coffee like I asked. I'm not wanting anything more than to be satisfied when I spend money."
"My favorite place to get coffee! That is, I Love their coffee! Donuts are good too! And other food I've tried there is very good. I Love their bacon! Yum!!"
"Horrendous customer service. Couldn't seem to grasp a simple order of a toasted bagel with cream cheese and was very standoffish about it. Politely reminded to ensure it was toasted because it seemed like the guy truly didn't understand English. Drove away disappointed to see untoasted bagels. Eat here at at your own risk."
"Seriously??? They JUST opened and the food quality is already soooo poor. No glaze or sprinkles or really much frosting on a strawberry frosted glazed sprinkle doughnut?? And the smallest amount of jelly in a doughnut I’ve ever seen. Honestly I could have gotten better food from a gas station at a fraction of the price. I don’t eat out except to treat myself but this was definitely the worst place around Columbus to eat I’ve ever encountered."
