"It’s a normal Starbucks, but it’s by far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. The people seem nice who work here, but there’s constantly people in line waiting for half an hour for coffee. Today I’ve been waiting for 30min, and there are people who have been here longer than me. The line is at least 12 people, and we are just sitting off to the side waiting for the coffee to be made. They workers are in no rush whatsoever, they are just taking their sweet time."
"Fast and courteous service. The barista even went out of her way to look for a retail product that wasn't out on the shelf. However, the restrooms appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week plus. This seems to be a growing trend at Starbucks..."
"Excellent time management at this location! This one employee(did not catch her name) deserves special mention who was working around 12 noon on 11/17/2023 going out of her way to make the stressed (due to shortage of staff) atmosphere into a very jovial environment."
"Unable to stay in downtown Columbus any longer due to reaching the parking limits, this Starbucks ended up being my third coffee and my second "office" of the day. Comfortable though noisy, the wifi works well and there are power outlets at every seat. I tried something new this morning - "espresso con panna" - which ended up being a single shot of espresso in a short cup that was completely filled to the top with whipped cream. Different but at least it was prepared swiftly."
