"This was a joke and a total waste of time and money. First off we got stuck with another family, so they double booked their rooms. We were told that the room we booked was not hard and it ended up being the most difficult. The room attendant HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE WE WERE IN OUR GAME OR HOW TO HELP US IN THE PROPER ORDER..and the worst part was she just shrugged her shoulder because honestly she really didn't care. GOOD PART WAS two of our family members got in incompletely FREE because that how LITTLE they pay attention ...GO ELSEWHERE!!!"
