"Update 202401. For quite awhile the checkout only had one manned register, then finally two. Queued up for quite awhile the entire time we were there. Original post… The checkout clerks are consistently courteous which to me is important. I don't want a grumpy or apathetic experience. The store is not stocked for variety as well as we'd like (not fully stocked during the holidays) but that doesn't prevent us from traveling out of our way to this HTC location as it is newer in a more affluent area so safer. Checkout is quick and efficient. Would visit again."
"I am a beginning artist and one of the best things about Michael's is their rewards program. I earn points on virtually every regular purchase that accumulate and are converted to a voucher for discounts on future purchases. With all the money I spend on art supplies this adds up quickly and I have been able to save quite a bit of money. Its great for someone just starting out. The store is always clean and well organized. Prices are competitive with other art supply stores, and they typically have some incredible sales and discounts going on. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are some things I can not find in store, but if that is the case I can most always find it online. I also love the in store pick up and same day delivery options for online orders."
"This store just opened June 1. It's nicely set up but some of the shelves are a bit bare yet. (I'll drop in a few pics). If you like arts and crafts, or taking art classes, you must stop in before everyone discovers it's there and gets crowded :)"
