"I'm providing the sale Banner for this Home Depot which apparently is unable to honor the same deals as other Home Depots are having. Even though I went to the Greenfield store to try and get this deal and they won't give it to me because they don't have the batteries. Complete joke of the store you can't even buy the stuff that they have banners for"

"We found what we needed plus a couple more things not on The List. Clean store, not too crowded. Only thing I noticed is, floor associates are not as friendly as Lowes'. The prices are not competitive with Menards. Crank up the friendly factor, this could be our go-to. For now, Menard holds the $1 spot."

"I have made four separate visits to this store in hopes to get a key copied. Each time, no one shows up to assist me. The poor people at the self check out station call for help MULTIPLE TIMES, and no one ever comes. Have spent probably 2 hours now standing in the aisle waiting for someone to appear. Either get rid of the key station or remove the need for an associate to help."

"We had a terrible experience purchasing carpet at this Home Depot. We were told is was a Lifeproof carpet that was made with fibers that don't break down easily. We were also told that it had a lifetime warranty. It was less than two years later and we had giant dark spots by all of the doorways and were told that it was normal wear and tear in a high traffic area. I have never known carpet to look like that after just two years. The lady in charge told us that during the year we purchased she had a lot of complaints about the carpet breaking down and being faulty. However, they still wouldn't do the right thing and replace it for us since it was out of their one year warranty. The carpet was from Mohawk flooring. If they were selling this faulty carpet to customers, they should do the right thing and replace it since it is obvious it is not normal for this to happen to carpet after that short of a time period. We will NEVER purchase any type of flooring from Home Depot again. Not only was the product junk, they did not do the right thing for their customer."

"If I could give them no stars I would. The Home Depot idea of customer service is keep you on line for 30 to 40 minutes give no answer and tell you to call someone else. Bought appliances on line. Tried to later that day add haul away of old appliances Call customer service and waited 40 minutes with no response. Finally opted for the chat option. Waited another 15 minutes to get a 30 minute wait and an answer that said they had requested haul away to my order. 6 days later I got a text letting me know my order would be delivered the next day. I reviews the order and we’ll no haul away! Call again to customer service and voila another 30 minute wait only to get a well I can’t help you on Sunday. You will have to call back at 7 am Monday. Sure enough 7 am Monday and another wait only to get an answer to call the store. I bought this online! A feeble attempt by the store basically blowing me off and promising a call back from Richard. Nope no call from Richard, not gonna happen. Call someone to haul away appliances and paid more money. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT AGAIN!"
