What has gained our loyalty was he asked what happened with our old range and was able to describe to my husband how to fix it. We were able to fix it and I was so grateful to not have to buy a range on the spot. "After some bad experiences with the big box (Lowes and HD) stores and appliances, we decided to look for a local store and were happy to find Weston Appliance. We had in mind the washer we wanted and went to their Noblesville store. We dealt with a couple of people there who were very helpful in getting us to the right washer for us. We did find out, that, while they do not have their own service people, they do have their own installers; which was something we were looking for after our last dismal experience with big box store. We purchased the item, along with an extended warranty, and set up a delivery time. Guys arrived on time and quickly removed old washer and installed new one, making sure that it was leveled properly. My only complaint was that it was raining that day and I don't think they would have removed or covered their shoes before walking on our new carpet. The salesman at the store had lead me to believe that this would just happen automatically, but the one installer started to walk up the stairs and I had to stop him. Overall, we had a good experience and will go back there again."

"We went to Weston's after receiving a recommendation from the company that is finishing our basement. We needed a beverage refrigerator and wine cooler. We went in and they quickly showed us options in our price range, we picked out the items we liked and they ordered them for us. We recently had them delivered to our home and our basement contractor said not to have Weston's install the appliances just delivered. Weston's delivered and today I received a check in the mail from Weston's, as we had paid for Weston's to install the appliances and I forgot that we had paid for this service. There are businesses that do the right and honest thing, Weston's is one of them! We were very pleased with the service and quality, but floored by the honesty. We will be using Weston's anytime we shop for appliances."

"We've only made a purchase, so far. Our delivery is scheduled for January 5th, so I'll update after then. But so far, I loved the showroom and our sales person. We've been regulars of Grand Appliance in Castleton, and this is much closer and comparable so far! **Update** Delivery process went off without a hitch! They called when we were told they would, the day before and when they were on their way, and the set up and installation was perfect! The only hitch in my giddyup is that I ordered the top load washer with the agitator and I got one without, which is fine, I just didn't think that's what I wanted. So far, I'm happy and maybe it was serendipity!"

Not only did they have what I wanted it was a pleasure to talk with a knowledgeable employee. Bryan was most helpful and even was able to get us delivered and installed within 1 day. The installation agent Jason completed the installation quickly without any issues. I would highly recommend Weston’s as this was by far the easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made!!!"
