"I wish I’d gotten the name of the man working the register on Fri. Jan. 20 around 6p. He was so pleasant and answered all my helium balloon questions. He was well spoken but soft spoken. Anymore, I’m not used to great customer service experiences so this was a really nice surprise. It’s a big store that’s well stocked. Of note: if you buy balloons you’re planning to use outside, tie the base of the ribbon where it attaches to the balloon. They come taped to the balloon, not tied, and it comes off easily."
