"Self Check out. I usually go through the regular check.out and they are so sweet, kind and helpful. But Self check out was a different story. It was busy, the day before the Super bowl, I thought I'd help.out by using self check out. I have sometimes painful arthritis in my neck, shoulder and arm. I was having difficulty with placing the bag on a shelf. The girl with short, black hair and glasses was glaring at me with her arms crossed seeing I was struggling. I finally turned the light on for help. She slowly walked behind the desk to turn off the light and then slowly walked up to me and very rudely asked me what do you need in a rude condescending voice! I was treated like a criminal and she was acting like a prison warden. I have been shopping there since they open. I have used the deli, bakery, pharmacy and flower dept. I will not be shopping there unless I absolutely have to. They dont need my business, they have too much!! Instacart at a discount store with lower price good quality items work out just fine for me."

"I really like this place amazing workers, they actually seem happy to work there and don't sound like robots, also the food they sell are top tier foods."

"I wanted a Toy Story themed bday cake for my daughter and even showed an inspo photo that was blue with white clouds like “Andy’s Bedroom” in the movie. I figured it would be simple. This cake looked NOTHING like the photo. It originally had only 3 clouds on it and I asked the woman if she was able to add more clouds and she was extremely rude and had an attitude with me and I was nothing but nice. There were bare spots on the top and sides, air bubbles, super uneven, not even a border on the top… I couldn’t believe they would sell this to someone especially for $25. I took it to customer service and refused to buy it. Placed an order at Walmart and the cake was amazing and employees were beyond sweet and helpful."

"This is a well stocked super clean store with outstanding employees. Even with supply chain issues they seem to be getting nearly everything. If they do not have it just ask. Someone will let you know when you can expect it to be available. They have the best produce and fresh fruits and vegetables around. It is really easy to find using Google Maps as it is just off of U.S. Hwy 41 four miles south of I-64."

"Disrespectful lady at the self checkout. Claiming I didn’t scan my item that’s why it didn’t show up on the screen when I put it in the bagging area. When it clearly read on the screen to please place the last scanned item into the bagging area. I’m not stupid, I scanned the item. Yalls systems are just retarded and tell your racist worker to fix her attitude."
