"Ordered online delivery...said 45 mins...took almost 2 hrs...called store and waited 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone...the pizza was not put together well,nore was it hot, and seeing as maps calculate 3 mins from store...I said hey maybe they are busy, but looked at reviews and seems to be a common thing...first one should never wait on a single pizza 2 hrs...secondly being a fast food gm, you are required to answer the phone in a timely manner, for mine it's the 3rd ring, if you let it get to 4 you've lost the customer....I suspect this will drive down your sales and end up closing your store...need to get someone in who can help this place...always liked domino's, but doubtful I'll ever try this one again...LEARN, Listen Empithize Apologize Respond Nextra!..."
"Placed order on Nov 7 at 7:45p. When order arrived driver stated that they were “out of the bottled water and garlic butter cups you ordered”. Not acceptable. Feel like the driver lied or forgot them. Store should have called when order was placed and offered to swap out for different items. Worst dominoes order I’ve had in a LONG time! DO BETTER!!!"
"Food had hair in it. Called the store and asked for the manager who said he did not believe me, and said I was making the story up. Manager was very rude. If you are unfortunate enough to order food from this place, CHECK FOR HAIR BEFORE YOU EAT!!!!"
"So i just ordered 2 pizzas from them and firstly they messed the whole order up and upon calling them the lady who answered the call said she can not do anything and we have to pay for their mess up … for some reason she thought this was very funny and laughed at us and hung up… called 4 times but no one answered…. If you don’t like the job then just quit the job and do something that you’re good in doing… -5 stars specially for the rude girl who hates her job…"
"Ordered online and had to pick up due to them suspending delivery for a period of time each day, right around dinner time. But no problem, pizza was ready within a reasonable time frame and made as ordered. Hot upon pickup. Restaurant looked clean."
