"The staff weren't helpful. I have to ask for help everytime I go into that store. Everyone's always chilling in the back or hanging out at the register talking about inappropriate things. I like going to the JDs next door. They're very helpful and friendly. This store barely even greets you when you walk in the door. I won't be coming back here to purchase anything."

"First and foremost I ordered twice and both times it was canceled(mot by me but by the store)2nd time didn’t know it was canceled until I drive all the way to the store and still haven’t received my refund. And they had the sizes I need inside the place once I was there had to purchase in person. Then I had a 10$ reward that I didn’t even get to use because it was used with one of the cancelled order. I will never use the online ordering ever again, and when reached out to customer service the simply stated oh we’re sorry there’s nothing we can do. All I can say is never ever again will I deal with Hibbett online shopping it’s garbage. I wish I could give negative stars"
