"I bought one item by mistake and next day went to this store tried to return it. When I got inside the store, saw no return clerk in return desk and a long line of people waiting checking out. I ask one clerk if she can call someone to return desk help me return but she refused to and very rude pointed to the end of the waiting line. When so called manager came to return desk , I complained about it. She said if you complain she won’t do return for me and call cops. Worst customer service in this store. I have donated many things to this store before but no more."
"The way the manager does business at this store is extremely disappointing and just plan not right. I found a Michael Kors wallet and Kate Spade purse tagged at $4.99 each. I go to check out and the lady calls over a manager and she said she will not sell the items to me at this price bc of the brands. She had the audacity to blame it on HOMELAND SECURITY and said they needed to be authenticated first. What a joke. I do not believe for one second that they authenticate every bag that comes through here. What she was upset about is missing an opportunity to squeeze more money out of the bag. Lame excuse. I have had a similar situation happen at the Nora location and the manager who was checking me out told me they had made a pricing mistake, but since the customer had seen it already, it was their policy to give it to me at the price is was tagged. The racks of Coach bags for $24.99+ in marginal condition that are 10+ years old by the cash register is laughable. I go to several locations around the Indy area and do not see any other Goodwill stores having an overpriced rack like this. All their shoes are very overpriced as well. I will never shop at this location again."

"A fun restaurant, snuggled into a cute boutique. They have a small variety of brunch and lunch items, as well as a selection of sweets, breads, and a large number of teas. You can order a tea service as well. I really enjoyed the experience of eating there. Check it out sometime."
"This Goodwill location is very clean, and organized. The staff here are also really friendly, and helpful. I picked up a folding leaf table that seats six, and bench that seats three for $54 after my 10% rewards discount. I'll definitely be returning."
