"I'll be honest it's been years since I was here. It used to be a hangout of mine and I can say with the exception of one guy the staff is wonderful. No idea if he still works there but he uses to give me a lot of slack by telling me stuff like I'll never make it in my IT career or that I would only make it two weeks in colorado. Well it's been four years and I'm a successful IT employee over in Denver living in one of the nicest apartments in the area. I wonder what he's up to these days. The rest of the staff were amazingly kind and always made me feel welcome even if I was a pretty annoying guy back then. I hope they are all doing well... you know except for that one guy who used to work the hot foods section. :p"
"No customer service skills, waste of time and gas. They advertise food all over the inside and outside of their store, and have a brightly lit big screen menu. Went around 6 to place an order just to get arrogantly told “Food stopped at 4pm!” They treated me like I was an idiot for driving out there to get DINNER during DINNER hours. If you don’t want to serve FOOD during EATING hours, that’s your option as a business, but at LEAST make it known so we don’t waste our time to drive there. I would highly recommend BK up the road. They actually serve dinner and their staff is 100x nicer."
"I was there (for the first time) on July 21st, 2021 sometime between 9:20 and 9:40 PM. The behavior and the visible attitude of the staff at the register made me feel very uncomfortable and made me think that I wasn't welcome there. He talked me with the shortest words, sentences possible and he didn't smile at all. In fact, I noticed that his face changed as soon as he saw me whike serving another customer before me. After I left I watched him smiling, talking and being friendly with tge next customer. I have no idea what made him behave that way. Maybe because I am an international, and I speak with an accent???"
