Panera Bread

"Ordered delivery. Was not the delivery that I had an issue with. The whole entire order was wrong. Forgot the bread bowl for my onion soup. Ordered a chipotle avocado sandwich and it looked like a chicken salad sandwich. The bag was not breeched therefore Panera does not know how to read orders apparently. And the slip had a check mark so they do not double check orders. I knew it as soon as I saw the bag because the bag was way too small to have a bread bowl in there."

"First time visiting this location, Warren did a wonderful job in explaining what I was ordering, I think there could have been more to the salad but it was okay for what it was, I actually dumped the broccoli cheese soup on top of my salad which made it taste even better, the dining area is very clean and the cooks and service all together was very fast and everything was hot and fresh, I think they could dim the lighting in the dining area a little bit and use the natural light coming through the big bay windows in the front of the building, that would be easier on the customer's eyes, plenty of parking, wasn't real busy so that made it easy to stop and order something, also not many fast food restaurants use actual dishes, I thought it was unusual to get silverware but I do appreciate it and actual glass plates, very rare for a chain restaurant, very happy with everything I will be back"

"This is the WORST Panera I have ever visited. First of all, we (my mom and I) walked in and were "greeted" by kiosks, not people. We went ahead and ordered our bagels, and the computer told us it would text us when our order would be ready. We sat and waited in the freezer-like environment talking about how we preferred the other Panera in Wabash Valley, where we would actually TALK to people. Then, I finally went up to the front desk to ask one of the servers if our order was ready. There was a brief scuffle of someone saying, "No, I can't help him, I'm busy!" (They said this as they were looking me in the face) And then a response of, "*sigh* I'll do it." After talking with the gentleman, I learned that our order hadn't even been started yet! I relayed this info to my mom and she began telling me why is better to go tried and true and talk to people rather than use the kiosk. I initially wanted to go to this Panera because it looked fancy and new but as I soon learned, external beauty doesn't mean it'll look good on the inside."

"A very nice spacious dining space and the outdoor seating is pretty neat too! The service was accommodating and they were kind to exchange one of our meals for free as it was different from what we ordered. I love the tomato soup and Panera and this outlet did it just right too!"

"I became a beverage club member a month ago and have fully enjoyed it and more than got my moneys worth. Today was the first time I ordered food. It was delicious, filling and hot. I love all the bread options. I didn't know they did so many different options. Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff."
