"They generally have what you need and the lines are short for the most part . I'm not sure if they have uniform pricing at every story but the one on Old Ridge in Hobart has fair prices. The deli and prepaid food section is especially nice. They keep it clean and the staff back there are very nice. I honestly can't say enough kind things about the folks back there. I highly recommend the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. My only real complaint is that many of the cashiers up front are rude. You can tell they're been working there a long time and they sort of treat you like they're doing you a favor. Most but not all of the newer, younger cashiers are very pleasant and don't act like they're annoyed that you're in their checkout lane."
"My girlfriend just came from shopping your store. She had quite a bit of stuff and is older and could have used some help. The bagger put the groceries in a cart but offered no assistance in getting the items to the car and loading them. Poor service."
"I love going to this Stracks, it's so convenient to have such a large grocery store near downtown hobart. Willy in the deli is the most energetic and people pleasing employee here. He always makes my day when I get to see him. This store is always well stocked and always have what I need to make a wide variety of multicultural dishes."
