"Had my car for months and never answers the phone. Broke something trying to do a quick fix opposed to replacing the part like I gotten a quote for. Seems like he don’t have the necessary tools in shop to do simple things. Always has an excuse, even will throw his own crew under the bus. Just terrible. He may be knowledgeable about cars but he suck."
