"I went there the other day to get a blizzard. The lady turned it upside down like they normally do. The ice cream fell out. The lady scooped it up off the counter with her hand and put it in my blizzard and tried to give it to me. She thought it was all right. I had to explain. It was unsanitary. I asked for my money back. The new ownership of the dairy queen is really going downhill."
"The ice cream is always good. The only down fall is every time my son and I go for a CHOCOLATE soft serve in a cone with sprinkles, they always end up handing me a cone that is VANILLA soft serve. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The first time I sent it back and stated it is was supposed to be chocolate, then they gave me chocolate that wasn’t even ready to be put in a cone. It was runny and dripping everywhere so much so that I had to hold the ice cream out the window on my drive home. Smh"
"I was caught by a train on North 13th Street and on those tracks I knew it was going to be a long wait. So I decided to stop in at Dairy Queen. I was confused on what I was wanting to order because I didn't have a taste for Ice Cream at the time. I seen on the menu Pretzels Sticks and ordered them. OMG! They were super hot, super soft and had the right amount of salt. Perfect Dairy Queen. Loved them. A+."
