"Make order that never get delivered after 1 hour.. call to be put on hold twice. To be told another 45 min on top of the hour I've already waited."

"It took the delivery driver 45 minutes to get my food to me, he didn’t have change and then was rude to me. A 20 dollar order ended up costing me 30 dollars. They should really give their drivers more change. All I had was a 50 and then he asked me if I could run somewhere and break it! Never again!"

"Did they mention the cockroachs were found there in the kitchen? Or that one of their male managers whose name begins with a K violates and talks disrespectful about women and is one more comment away from being on the registry? I mean, the man is in his 30s and he is this way even to under age girls. Delivery drivers are awesome. Very friendly and professional. But the company they work for is absolute garbage. Overworked and underpaid isn't the problem. They need to clean that nasty store. They need to clean who works for them. Derinately one of the worst places to order food from. You all can enjoy your bug invested establishment. I will go elsewhere from now and I highly encourage you to do the same. And they definitely need a visit from the board of health."

"I have used this location since I moved to terre haute. You guys are fast, friendly, and very nice. I thought a mistake was made on my order tonight, and your driver acted promptly to fix it. Whoever answered your phone was really nice about it. Food was amazing. Thank you!"

"So we had a car side delivery. We started the timer and they stopped it before even coming out. The guy did not even try looking, there were two grey trucks, one ours and one another. We were directly out front. He walked back in shaking his head. We then go through the drive thru since he was too lazy to look two steps to his right. In the drive through he made it seem like we were in the wrong and gave us a dismissive look. He had long, unkempt hair and a scraggly beard. Young ish. We would have gotten the free pizza if not for them stopping the timer. The order was for Ben C on 10/27 around 7:30 pm is when we picked it up."
