"Ordered what I always do a mocha cookie crumble. This time It is just a cup of large ice chips with whipped cream on top. Can’t even get the ice chunk a through a straw. They were also out of large straws. I would have been better if buying a bag of ice and a garden hose to drink it through."

"Horrible experience. I can’t remember the guys name but he was working on September 1 with a lady named Sherry.. around 6:20 pm. I come to this Starbucks A LOT & I will never return. They have completely lost my business. It’s disappointing that Target would let someone do disrespectful and rude work at their business. I have never been treated so poorly…. all because the barista made my drink wrong. When I told him it wasn’t right…. He said to me “I don’t care”. I am very upset and have contacted corporate office for Starbucks and Target."
