"Absolutely love this Starbucks and wish we were closer to this location!! Kiara is absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and friendly and approachable, she was especially sweet when we got up to the window. If I ever get the chance to come to Fishers again, I will most definitely be back!!! And if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!!!"
"My drink was made wrong. Then it was made wrong again. I essentially got steamed milk with vanilla. The next day, I went in to talk to a supervisor and she/they?/them? had such an attitude!! What are you doing as a supervisor if you can’t handle customer problems?! I’ve been coming to this location since ‘08 and I’ve never had issues with them remaking my drink. I’m switching baristas and I’ll say, DeLonghi and Breville have never let me down!"
"I love this location (walking distance from downtown Fishers) and the staff. I am always greeted upon entering and the employees go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The decor is unique and although it is a busy location, it still has a vibe-y coffeehouse feel to it. There are a variety of seating options suited for larger group meetings or casually meeting with a friend."
"Great location and great coffee!!! I always enjoy getting my iced chai latte with a shot of espresso. Kinda expensive but good for a treat once and awhile! Allison is a very kind and nice barista!!! Thank you for making sure we were waited on and got our drinks quick!"
