"Very rude and always have to go and get my receipt because at the pump it never prints. Which is very annoying."

"They had a breakfast pizza in a box woth no way to see it. So i opened it and saw there was hardly any toppings so i closed it and didn't buy it. Stupid person that made it came out and said im not allowed to do that and went to the manager and she tried to call me out in front of everyone saying i stole it cause i opened it. First thats not the definition of theft. Also people touch veggies and stuff in the grocery store all the time and dont buy it. So everyone is criminal that shops for food i guess. Anyways i cussed her so loud and called her every negative thing i could. That was one visit. Then i brought my own cup in to get coffee once and the cashier said i cant do that. Id done it for the 3 previous years no one said a word. So i told ill just keep doing it cause ive been doing it for years and nobody said anything. Then the same dumb manager comes out and says im trespassing now cause i have my own cup. Again cussed her out and told her to call the cops then as i walked out with my coffee that i paid for and they took my money for then complained about it after i paid. Dumbest people working there. Rudest people and dirty. Idk how with all these horrible comments of how bad this place is they haven't fired everyone and got nice people and people that actually work. Also how they haven't emailed everyone that has made a complaint a free tank of gas or hey a free breakfast pizza that has no toppings."

"I use this location often for fuel and convenience stops, honestly my expectations for a gas station aren't high. I have noticed that a couple of the older women working in there are rude and I have noticed a scent on marijuana on one of them before. It is not uncommon to have to wait in line while 1 person is working on the register while 2 employees are outside on a smoke break. Most of the employees look mad and treat people rude. I did recently have a good experience when I stopped by the kitchen area and was assisted by a younger tall girl who was really nice and helpful. She was the only person that even tried to assist me. I noticed when I walked up that she was cleaning and organizing things (which it typically doesn't look organized) while the other employees were sitting and doing nothing. I can only assume the younger girl is new since she was actually working and nice. It was refreshing to see that they are hiring some new faces that are kind and trying to work. I added on 2 Stars for this sweet young lady!"

"Large selection of drinks. Also has a little wrap station. I enjoy this gas station, usually very busy but never had a problem getting gas. The pavement is not the best of condition however the service inside is good and reasonably priced. I would also recommend getting gas here as it’s usually inexpensive compared to other stations. Make sure to sign up for their rewards, it’s the best way to save money and shop/pump faster!"

"The employees here used to be really nice. However, now they have some rude employees that stare holes into your head! I called the rude employee that stared at me and frowned at me as I smiled.I let them know that I would never return to that Rickers again because the employee was rude and they should keep their eyes to them selves. Then I told the employee thank you have a nice day!To be on the lookout for shoplifters is one thing but I was looked at like I wasn’t even a human!When they had nice employees I shopped there almost every day. You are losing thousands of dollars by hiring rude employees! Update:I went back and did not see the rude employee.Hopefully they were fired.They improved to a 3."
