"I am not able to wrap my head around the idea that it makes sense to hand someone (in a drive thru especially since they will likely be attempting to sip while commuting), a hot cup with no sleeve!! This has happened several times at this location so I finally called and was told they don’t put a sleeve on certain cups unless you ask for one, then they would give it to you. Interesting since the cups aren’t any thicker than they were before. The purpose is that it’s HOT coffee and sometimes the cups are definitely warmer than others. A sleeve shouldn’t be an optional, rather the company should make sleeves for a tall cup, if fit is the issue (although that wasn’t the reason given for why they no longer put a sleeve on the cup, that is my guess)."
"I recently had to go on a 30 carb a day diet and the barista here was SO helpful!!!! She offered to remove the bread for me so I wouldn’t lose the cheese of my breakfast sandwich on the bread when it was heated AND she put it in a bowl with a fork so it would be easier to eat!! AMAZING service!!"
"Went through the drive thru around 8:50 a.m this morning. The lady working the drive thru was incredibly grumpy, not willing to budge when reaching out to hand my food or drink, and was clearly irritated. I am pregnant and I literally thought my drink was going to end up on the ground. I totally get having a bad day but it was over the top and not necessary."
