"My husband and I always have loved eating here but today was not a great experience. Food was good but portion of meat or lack there of was ridiculous. So we had 1/2 sandwich 1/2 spud a drink, 1/2 sandwich cup soup a drink and a brookie. Total before tip was 36 and change. Normally I can only eat 1/2 of my 1/2 because there is a ton of meat on my sandwich but not today it was so small my husband ate all of his in like 2 bites! For the price when you expect a good size sandwich and you got what we were served we won't be going back anytime soon."

"Bottom line...I probably wont be coming back to this place anytime soon. I ordered the $12.50 reuben sandwich and got what looked like half a sandwich back for my money...and I'm still hungry. Not a good way to make a first impression for sure... Edit: After speaking with a manager and making a second visit, I can confidently say I'd definitely go back here again. The food is pretty good and the service is top tier. Will recommend..."

"I came here for Sun. lunch with my parents, husband, sis, and her husband. My mom and I ordered the southwest & guacamole sandwich as a wrap, and I asked for a pickle and chips. When the food came, they were sandwiches, not wraps. And they gave me Lays potato chips instead of asking me what chips I wanted. My husband ordered the pick 2 with soup and baked potato. His potato was barely warm. I was on my last 2 bites of my sandwich and saw a HAIR. So I took apart the rest of the sandwich and the hair was stuck IN THE CHEESE. I lost my appetite to finish the rest. We were all about finished eating when I realized that no one got pickles, even tho we said yes to one when ordering. So I went up front to ask for them. While waiting, I look thru the opening to the kitchen and see the staff laughing and cuttin’ up. I’m all for having fun while working, but it seemed to me that they weren’t really paying attention to their work, which would make sense why multiple things were wrong with our orders. Also, no one was wearing a hairnet, which is a problem considering a hair was in my food. It’s unfortunate that this new location delivered poor service and poor food quality. :/ I don’t think I’ll be back."

"The food is always fresh and good! My only problem is portions vary from location to location and it is expensive just for sandwiches. Expect to spend 15-20$ on yourself! Definitely recommend getting points in their app to give you at least a free drink or coupon from time to time."
