The way that they were talking about other customers and honestly at time when ordering, we felt somewhat ignored. Because the staff were more concerned about the conversation that they were having with each other, then the customers that were in front of them. They definitely need a new manager and staff that have a better attitude."
"Worst subway experience ever. Our sandwhiches we're slopped together. They didn't even fold them before cutting them and then wrapping them up. When my wife asked for extra veggies the kid acted like she was being annoying. Put the wrong sauce on her sandwhich and didn't even change their gloves between making sandwiches. When it came time to pay for this slop show, the kid tossed her sandwhich down and walked away stating "I'm not dealing with this". I thought maybe when we get home I'll be able to salvage this mess and fix it up. But how do you fix this mess? Her eggs are still cold even after they heated them up. The sandwhich doesn't even feel or taste toasted. What a HUGE disappointment."
