"Misleading menu and specials, and the portions are not worth the insane prices. The employees were also rude and acted like taking your order was an inconvenience. Never again. EDIT: I see Penn Station sent their generic response, but my partner already contacted them the same day and received the RUDEST and most condescending e-mail from a man named Jeff Kelsey. I've never seen such unprofessional correspondence from a company. They've lost my family's support because I refuse to spend money with a company who allows their reps to talk to paying customers like dogs."
"New in town and I tried them, good the first time on a Tuesday.... But tried them again on Wednesday and they served RAW rolls. At a sandwich shop that's the one thing that should be right ALL of the time. ."
"This was the First time that we have been here in a long time. We were wanting something different then going to subway all the time. The food was good, me and my son both liked it. But I thought for two medium sandwiches, two fries and two drinks, it was just too expensive, it was $23.00. Because of the price, I'm not sure that we will be back any time soon. But the food was good and the people their were really nice too. They just need to make it so two medium meals are not over twenty dollars."
