"We had our meal delivered but the food was horrible. It was tasteless. Hit but the meat was so thin you could barely see the turkey and the roast beef was so thin. You mainly tasted lettuce and that was it."
"Pre-ordered catering for my daughters cheer team. They told me a man by a name I don’t know picked it up. I did not send anyone there to pick up my order nor approve that. The restaurant will not remake the sandwiches or refund my money! Horrible service for a $70 order!! Not to mention a waste of money!! I’d say they told the man my name and he was confused/misunderstood or there was some type of error on their end! So instead of this being a convenient thing to do for a snack—I had to rush around and find a back up plan!!! Don’t cater through this location bc the service is horrendous!!"
"Order the number 3 for my wife and a number 15 for myself ask for extra tomatoes and Grey Poupon but half teaspoon is Grey Poupon and no tomatoes. They refused to rectify the situation and so I still have the sandwich not made properly and no money in return. Let's see what corporate says, after all tomatoes and Grey Poupon are free items that can be added but the manager chose not to. I was asked to never come back if I'm going to be an unhappy customer. By the way am I the only one that sees that she does have gloves on playing with her phone and making sandwiches that's not very safe and sanitary and she calls herself the manager."
"Nice place to get a sub, ordered online and it was ready before the time specified. The sub ingredients tasted fresh and the price was reasonable. The store itself was modern and clean."
