"Bought a brand new car stereo and had it installed. There is a short somewhere that is causing it to shut down and requires me to power it all the way down and then back on when it happens. Instead of finding the short to fix it, he just wants to take the unit back and refund me the money. I will then have to go without a stereo. I will never set foot in there again. I do not recommend anyone else go there either. He has now refused to give me the refund, and called me with some choice words for me. I will see him in small claims court."
