"My pants are too baggy and too short. I called today and a kind lady on the phone told me to come in and she would try to help with a solution. When I arrived I was “greeted” by a grumpy old man that only wanted to send me out the door with another companies business card. They want to send me somewhere else for alterations on a suit they already charged me for alterations. Refused to take ownership in their mistake. Refused to hear what I had to say. I am happy with the bottom up and tie quality. Suit fits like it was made in 2005"
"We got all of the wedding party’s suits Paul’s and had a great experience! All the suits came in on time and they were all ready long before the wedding. We had a groomsman from St. Louis who was able to send in his measurements and have his suit shipped directly to him. The best part was their customer service! They really are great people!"
