"Mostly, my experiences have been good there. On this particular Thursday, there were 3 young women working. They were all in the corner of the store, blocking the tall coolers. I managed to squeeze by them as they did more talking than restocking. I took my time getting what I needed. When I reached the registers, they were still in the corner talking and laughing. Since no one was there to check me out, I used the self serve kiosk. I had scanned and bagged my entire order, but the machine would not check me out. Someone had left a basket on one of the scales. I removed the basked, but the machine still wouldn't let me check out. I selected the assistance button, but the ladies were still back in the corner talking. Finally, after 6 attempts to pay, I pushed the cart toward the talking employees and informed them they had some produce to put away. One of the employees came to help, and then two. They said they could re-scan the items. I asked for the order to be cancelled and left the store."
