"Pretty good Mexican food for this middle of no where Indiana. The taquitos are hand-made with shredded beef and chiles. They were delicious! Chips, cheese dip and salsa was great as well. My kids enjoyed the burrito kids meal. Our server was wonderful and attentive."

"We found El Compadre on Google while visiting from out of town. They had good reviews and the reviews were correct! The food was great. We had the chimichangas and .... so good. The cheese dip was great and the place was clean. Would have been 5 stars if the service had been better. The service started out great and then our server just disappeared. I waited for a long while for a refill on my tea, another table got tired of waiting and went to get more chips themselves. They came back with chips and said our waited was in the front visiting with someone. Not good. But the food was so good, I'm gonna just hope this was an isolated incident and go with 4 stars."
