"I've never had an issue with service or employees. I think it is expensive not a lot of menu items our deals. Some facts about the carryout or delivery only there is a drive through window, and though the delivery fee in my opinion is a little high but it is about the only restaurant in Mitchell that does delivery. If you order online most of the time you can better coupons or deal then by ordering over phone or carryout"

"Tonight would be the third time that I have had an issue at this Papa John's recently whether it be my food not being made properly or payment issues. I usually pay with a gift card because it is cheaper to do so, however the app was having a glitch tonight and wouldn't accept my gift card so I went to the store to pay and pick it up but apparently you can't combine gift cards and specials or Papa dough. However when u order online and the app is working properly it will accept it no problem. This used to be my favorite Papa John's in the area, not recently..."
