"From out of town and come here when I visit family, so I’ve been coming here for years. The place use to be good. Now the coffee is cold, service is slow, bad attitudes of most employees, rude, they ignore you standing there, and they make you feel that you are inconveniencing them by asking the to simply do their job. Oh yeah and all this while the manager sat at the table watching snacking on a pie or something. Unbelievable!!!"
"There was an older lady on her second day who took my order. She was so sweet. I think she was doing a fine job. Their service was fast. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Seems like they were all helping each other."
