"So, I am not a completely negative person and do try to find a positive. I arrived at the store and shopped around the store for a bit. I saw 2 or 3 employees in store and not one person spoke to me until I was leaving and only said have a good night. I was the only person in the store."
"Bought a DEFECTIVE pair of Adidas shoes and was told to call and/or email them after an honest negative review. Tried both methods of contact numerous times and no response. Be CAREFUL when you shop here. They do NOT do exchanges or returns, even on defective shoes. $70 for a pair of shoes that developed a hole in them after about 3 weeks of not even daily use. They are the only shoe store in town so they can pretty much do as they please. Cannot contact Adidas either. Numerous attempts, promises to send an email with warranty claim form, etc. and NOTHING. I hate being ripped off."
"Bought a pair of Adidas shoes that lasted all of 3 weeks, and not even worn daily. When I went to exchange the defective pair, they said they don't take returns. This should be CLEARLY POSTED when you check out. Tried to take it up with Adidas and they don't care either. No way to contact the US offices of Adidas. Since there are no other shoe stores in Salem, they can do as they please and sell junk. Needless to say, I won't be going to Shoe Dept or buying anything Adidas anymore."
"Can’t even walk in and try on a pair of shoes. There is one employee that has to physically go and grab your shoes for you why display? Jess empty boxes makes no sense just gave this a one star for it to register would absolutely give it a zero star. If you’re having that many theft issues, put some money into the store and put ink tags or hell maybe even more employees."
