"So disappointed! Left work to get my food. Ordered the A1 burger w/side salad. Definitely not what I would expect for a 18 dollar burger. No A1 barely any onions and mushrooms and plenty of grease in the to go container. Salad was made with the pieces that you normally throw in the trash. Nothing to eat my salad with. Sad"
"We received our order in a timely manner, but that was the only good thing about our experience. Everything was cold. The fried pickles were soggy and only half breaded. The fried egg burger arrived swimming in yolk as the egg had busted open, so the bun was soaked and soggy. Essentially we paid $60 for a meal for two that could've been better served from literally any fast food joint. Save yourself the extra money"
"Extremely disappointed with my order! We dont have options here to get a Chicago dog (aka windy city by your name) so I was hopeful. Ordered carryout..time and employees were awesome. Went to car and opened to check and fries order well done were alittle soggy, I honestly blew that off cuz all food was in same box and steam happens! However my issue is I find a hot dog on not a bun but a hoagie type roll..one half of a tomato, room temp hot dog and no onions. We were on a time restraint so I said whatever, maybe its better than it looks. We get home bun is now soggy enough its ripped the side so you hold it trying to keep it in place and one bite and hot dog was too salty to be edible. So basically its a 3 strikes you're out after previous attempts so done trying!"
"So, good appetizer, good sides. Don’t expect your food to be made the way they say you can get it. Asked for only lettuce on the burger and got all of the veggies. Asked to be remade because I’m reactive to something in pickles. ”Remade” burger tasted like pickle juice and still had the other veggies on there. Server was attentive and kind. Only reason it didn’t get one star. Respect your customers and they’ll respect you."
"Do not recommend - would give one star, but waiter was attentive and pretty nice. I ordered a Bloody Mary (not good at all; a glass of ketchup and vodka would have been better) and the Mediterranean Salad (even worse, tasted a bit like urine-soaked barnyard hay). Terribly overpriced for the subpar quality"
