Burger King

"I’ve come to this Burger King about 3 times now and each time i’m greeted by the same nasty lady, always has an attitude. I was doordashing one night and had to pick up food from here, i let them know i was there for door dash and a boy told me to pull forward, so i did. He handed me the drinks and let me know the food would be ready soon. The manager came to the window and was handing me food that wasn’t mine, i told her i was with doordash and she gave me the nastiest attitude saying i should’ve let somebody know i was there for door dash and she turned around and slammed the window. I guess after that the other employee let her know that i did say i was with door dash and she went off on him right in front of me. She handed me the food without any apology and carried on to slam the window once more. I will not be returning to this Burger King until they hire better staff. Not sure what this lady has going on but dear lord hon, you’re flipping burgers, get over yourself."

"The food is always good but the manager is one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m not sure how she hasn’t been fired for how she treats the customers. I truly feel sorry for the people that have to work with her. Vincennes Burger King isn’t going to last long with the way she is running away the local customers."

"I’m not giving them a bad rating because of the taste or preparation of the food that’s all fine just like any other Burger King. HOWEVER the staff have got to be the most HATEFUL people. They have a tendency to also get the order wrong majority of the time..accidents happen that’s fine …but the manager will come to the window an treat you like your a scumbag for simply wanting to get your order corrected and pretty much tell you it’s your fault it’s wrong an she’s a manager an she backs up her staff it’s your fault the order is messed up she also accused us of lying about a order an we had to prove her wrong with a receipt after she literally said we were lying. We stopped going cause the service is so awful."

"While trying to order at drive thru at 6:03 pm someone mumbled something so I start to order. The person rudely come over load and clear saying "I said wait a minute " . I put my car in drive and left. Mc Donald's will gladly take my fifty dollar order with a smile."

"Very disappointed, they had the spicy chicken fries on the menu but said they were discontinued. My sandwich was also disgusting. My cousin who is also my girlfriend was very upset with this which resulted in several arguments when we got home."
