"Long wait time for 2 o'clock in he afternoon. Fries were barely warm. Didn't ask or give me any sauce for 2 regular roast beef sandwiches! NOT HAPPY with this place!"

"The management needs to put signs up for the drive through when they’re only accepting cash. People wait in line for a long time and don’t know about the cash only rule. Common sense for customer service goes a long way."
"We dined in for a change. Service at the counter was great. But in the seating area, a manager was in a booth on a conference call with her boss. It was so loud and distracting to us and the other couple across from us. I don't think anyone enjoyed dining in that day. No one but your employees should be listening to profit and loss conversations about your business. To me, it only reinforced the fact that your Nappanee location isn't a hometown business it's a corporation and numbers matter over customer experience. Love your food, but I will do it thru the drive thru next time."
