"The food is the only "ok" thing about this Taco Bell. My husband and I brought our two daughters in to order dinner and Ithe staff is so rude and one girl at the drive thru window was cussing about how she hates her job and when I said I can here you, she couldn't care less. There's no need to have language like that in front of customers and children. Totally unacceptable!!! And even tho it looked there there was a lot of staff working, we waiting inside the restaurant for over 30 mins for our food."
"4th time is the charm I guess... idk how you can have this big of a disparity between the day and night crew. But like it took every fiber of my being to not get openly frustrated with a simple request of NO DAIRY. I even broke it down to NO CHEESE NO SOUR CREAM. I have a seriously dairy allergy and while not anaphylatic, it shouldn't matter. Their night crew is beyond incompetent, and there's only so many "free taco with your next purchase" coupons you can throw at a person to make it worth while."
"I will never eat at this location again. The person making the food had rubber gloves on and his cell phone on the dirty table he made food on. He then picked up his phone and moved it then went back making food with same gloves on. He then took out tortillas and slapped them on dirty counter top were his phone was and started making food. I almost walked out. I told the manager and they did nothing !!!!! he just kept making food. That is the last time I eat there."
"I ordered through the Taco Bell app. I noticed door dash was taking a long time so I called to confirm my order was still there and they said yes. Then I noticed door dash had “updated my address” and it wasn’t correct. So I called again to ask if they could let the dasher know. When my food arrived I was given 4 bags of cinnamon twist instead of 2 orders of nacho fries. Also, instead of my cheese cup for my chicken roll ups I got some sort of white sauce. When I called and talked to the manager she said “yeah sorry we’re out of nacho fries” I said “all of the calling I did and no one mentioned that?” She said “whoever called in said it was okay” That was me. No I didn’t."
