"I am Lactose Intolerant. I ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and I watched the barista make it with regular milk. I asked her if it was made with Oatmilk and she LIED to me saying it was. I had to tell her to remake it because i saw her make it with regular milk. Not sure why she thought that was acceptable to lie and think I wouldnt notice the difference. WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN."
"Not a good experience! No oatmilk for the fall apple drinks then I ordered pumpkin cream cold brew and it was supposed to be buy one get one my husband and I paid full price he didn't no how to change it after we so we ended up paying full price!!"
